Brandon and Bethany Bairds are full-time missionaries in Guaymas, Sonora Mexico and the surrounding areas. They have been missionaries since 2012 and have been serving in ministry together since they got married in 2006.

They have been working with local orphanages in the area and implementing a ministry focused on wrap-around care for children and staff of those orphanages and families in need. They have a registered Non-Profit in Mexico called Huella de Impacto A.C. and through this ministry they started a teen center in 2021 and are finalizing a teen orphanage in Guaymas, Sonora Mexico.
